HERS Builder Course
This course equips builders with a clear understanding of HERS Raters’ role in the construction process and outlines who is responsible for compliance documentation within the CHEERS Registry.
This is an external course administered by ConSol
ConSol is the official training partner of CHEERS, a Home Energy Rating System (HERS) Provider approved and regulated by the California Energy Commission (CEC). CHEERS is also recognized by the EPA and DOE as a Multifamily Review Organization (MRO), a DOE Zero Energy Ready Home (ZERH) Certification Organization, and an EPA Home Certification Organization (HCO).
